To many who are already traveling nurses both customer service and assistance from the place agency are important and if you happen to call 10 agencies and only speak to one live recruiter then it is probably better if you can narrow down to an agency where individual placement specialists are easily available. After all when you are ready to proceed with a new assignment you will want your agency to make it happen fast and have recruiters available who understand your requirements. So determine what you want and then find an agency which can make this happen for you.

For some nurses a good salary, benefits and career flexibility may be the reason they chose to do travel nursing, whilst for others it is because they want to travel and see the world.
